These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and cr444 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the cr444 website, mobile platform, games, betting services and all associated features (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player with cr444 for the purpose of accessing Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds (where applicable) held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by cr444 subject to wagering requirements and distinct from Real Money Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by cr444 prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Platform" means the cr444 website accessible at cr444.im and all sub-pages, games, betting interfaces and support systems available therein.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR amounts deposited by the Player into their Account via approved payment methods.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funds bet placed by a Player on any game or sporting event available on the Platform.

Access to and use of the cr444 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Platform:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. cr444 operates a strict adults-only policy. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
2. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is specifically prohibited by local law applicable to you.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by cr444 from using the Platform, whether voluntarily or as a result of a disciplinary action.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer or close family member of cr444 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors, unless prior written consent has been obtained from cr444 management.
6. You are acting in your personal capacity and not as a professional gambler engaged in systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds differentials.

To access real-money games and betting markets on cr444, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of all cr444 Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Account with cr444. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances reviewed for forfeiture.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate and truthful personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Any change to this information must be reported to cr444 support promptly.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cr444 login credentials. cr444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cr444 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• KYC Verification: cr444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Account Suspension: cr444 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where it has reason to believe that the registration information provided is false, incomplete or misleading.

cr444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency options. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. cr444 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder may be held pending investigation.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the cr444 cashier section. Minimum deposits currently start from Rs. 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.
• cr444 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cr444 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a failed or delayed transaction, please contact cr444 support with your transaction reference number.
• cr444 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or limit any deposit where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: No withdrawal will be processed until the Player's Account has completed the KYC verification process to cr444's satisfaction. Requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. cr444 may request additional verification if a Player requests withdrawal to a different payment method.
• Processing Times: cr444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed more quickly than bank transfers. Actual receipt times depend on the payment provider's own processing schedule.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the cr444 cashier. Requests below the minimum amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Limits: cr444 may apply daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits to individual Accounts. Any applicable limits will be communicated to the Player through their Account settings.
• Suspicious Activity: cr444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In such cases, cr444 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

cr444 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and event-specific promotions. The following general terms apply to all cr444 bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific promotional terms, which will be stated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real Money Funds are used for wagers before Bonus Funds unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Any Bonus Funds not converted to Real Money Funds within this period will expire automatically.
• cr444 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. cr444 may withhold bonus payments or winnings derived from bonus play where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage betting, or other patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses through multiple Accounts will result in suspension of all associated Accounts.

All games available on the cr444 Platform operate according to the individual game rules as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. The following general provisions apply to all games:

• All cr444 casino games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) are certified by independent testing laboratories to meet internationally recognised fairness standards. Certification is maintained on an ongoing basis.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, software error or system failure — cr444 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. No claim for winnings will be accepted in respect of a technically void game round.
• Live casino games are conducted in real time by live dealers operating from licensed studios. Game results in live casino games are determined by physical processes (card shuffles, wheel spins) and are not subject to RNG certification requirements.
• For sports betting, cr444 reserves the right to void bets where the odds were published in error, where a match result is subsequently reversed by the governing sporting body, or where cr444 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available upon request to cr444 support.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cr444 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account with cr444 or assisting another person in doing so
• Providing false or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino or sports betting markets
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage over other Players or the Platform
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in Platform software. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported to cr444 immediately and will be voided
• Using a VPN, proxy or other anonymisation service to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or bonus limitations
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of legitimate deposits after using the associated funds for wagering
• Harassment, threatening or abusive communication directed at cr444 staff or other players via any channel

All content on the cr444 Platform — including but not limited to the cr444 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text and multimedia content — is owned by or licensed to cr444 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any cr444 content without express prior written consent from cr444. Unauthorised use of cr444 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cr444, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes
• Technical failures, service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your own failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL or Meezan Bank
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be erroneous

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cr444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

cr444 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at cr444.im/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

cr444 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services and regulatory authorities where required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform services.

cr444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account Settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week or month. When the limit is reached, further real-money wagering is suspended until the next limit period begins.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when they have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 6 months. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account will be inaccessible and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during game sessions can be enabled to remind Players of the time elapsed and net win/loss position for the current session.

cr444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cr444 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any revision of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact cr444 support to request Account closure.

In the event of a dispute between you and cr444, the following process applies:

1. Initial Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to cr444 support via the live chat facility or by email to [email protected]. Provide your Account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant transaction reference numbers.
2. Investigation Period: cr444 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Complex matters may require longer investigation periods, and you will be kept informed of progress.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with cr444's response, you may escalate the dispute in accordance with the procedures specified by the applicable licensing authority under which cr444 operates at the time of the dispute. Details of the escalation process will be provided in cr444's response to your initial complaint.
4. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under cr444's international gaming license. Any legal proceedings arising from a dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. The following provisions apply:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your cr444 Account at any time by contacting support. Before processing an Account closure, cr444 will confirm your identity and process any valid pending withdrawal requests for Real Money Balance remaining in your Account.
• Company-Initiated Closure: cr444 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that maintaining your Account poses a legal, reputational or financial risk to cr444. In the event of closure for breach of these Terms, cr444 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance associated with the violating activity.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. cr444 will notify you before applying any inactivity fee or closing an inactive Account, giving you the opportunity to reactivate or request withdrawal of your remaining Balance.
